We have six deals in the pipeline, three of the six sites are expected to close in Q1 - Q2. One went under contract over the weekend. Our first acquisition of 2022 will be in February 2022.

We finished 2021 with four closings in the last quarter: Bristol, Elyria, Statesville and Dover.

​

Some of these deals were on a tight timeline, and we couldn't have done it without the whole team pushing through the holidays and getting these deals closed before the the end of the year. Thank you for getting it done! MIH.
